今回は家庭で簡単に作れるプルコギのレシピです!
特別な調味料は使わないで作ってるので本格的な味をお求めの方は
コチュジャンやすりおろしりんご等を加えてお作りください!

☆我が家のプルコギ☆(4人分)
牛肉 400gくらい
玉ねぎ 1/2個
人参(小) 1/2本
にんにくの芽 2.5本
椎茸 3個
もやし 1/3袋
にんにく/生姜 少々
酒 大さじ2 / 醤油 大さじ3
砂糖 大さじ1 / 味噌 小さじ2
ごま油 小さじ1.5+1 / 酢 小さじ1
糸唐辛子/いりごま 少々
